Job Summary: Were seeking a highly organized sales/ purchase coordinator to facilitate smooth sales and purchasing operations for our chemical company.
Job title- Sales /purchase Co-ordinator
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
Work Timings - 9.30 to 6.30 p.m.
Location- Chembur East
Education, Qualification & Skill Set:

• 2+years of experience
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachlors degree in chemistry, business, or related fields

Reports to Sales manager / Purchase manager
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales coordination:

• Process sales orders and quotations
• Coordinate with customers, sales team, and logistics.
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain sales records and reports.

2. Purchase coordination:

• Process purchase orders and requisitions
• Source materials and services from suppliers
• Negotiate prices and terms
• Ensure timely delivery and quality control

3. Administrative task

• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Generate reports and analytics
• Assist with inventory management

Chemicals we Manufacture and Deal In:
Acetates, Phosphates, Sulfates, & Chlorides
Industries Using These Chemicals:
Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Textiles, Fertilizers, Leather, Dye and Precision Casting, Food Processing, Agriculture, Rubber, Heat Process Equipment, Paint, & Glass.
