Job Description

Key Responsibilities-:

Sales Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales channels (wholesalers, manufacturer) Promote and sell products to existing and potential clients Prepare quotations, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support Coordinate with marketing teams for product launches and promotions Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer demand

Purchasing Responsibilities-:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard product manufacturers and suppliers Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), delivery timelines, and payment terms Place purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of products Coordinate with manufacturers regarding product specifications, packaging, labeling, and compliance Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements (cosmetic safety, labeling laws, etc.) Maintain accurate purchase records and supplier documentation Must have list products on online platforms.

Skills & Competencies-:

Strong negotiation and communication skills Understanding of procurement and sales processes Ability to analyze costs, pricing, and profit margins Customer-focused approach Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office

Candidate's Criteria-:

Male Married Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field 2-5 years of experience in sales & purchasing . Experience working with manufacturers and distributors preferred

Preferred Requirements

Knowledge of cosmetic regulations and compliance standards Experience in private labeling or OEM products

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
