Key Responsibilities



Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and usage. Perform live product demonstrations to generate interest and drive sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned. Maintain an appealing and organized product display at the store/booth. Distribute product samples, brochures, and promotional materials. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team. Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers. Ensure stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment. Report daily sales activities, customer interactions, and performance data. Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience as a sales promoter, brand ambassador, or similar role. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Customer?focused with a positive and outgoing personality. Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments. Good time management and organizational skills. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
