Location: Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (Sales Trade Fair)

Duration: 14 Days (Project-Based Assignment)

Compensation: ₹1,000 per day

Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and confident Freelance Sales Promoters for our upcoming Sales Trade Fair at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Selected candidates will represent our premium brand, interact with customers, and drive product visibility and sales during the 15-day activation campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in visitors at the Trade Fair and promote brand products effectively.

Demonstrate products, explain features, and achieve daily sales and engagement targets.

Maintain booth presentation and ensure proper merchandising standards.

Coordinate daily updates with the marketing and sales team.

Support in creating a positive brand experience for all visitors.

Skills & Attributes Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).

Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused personality.

High energy level and persuasive sales ability.

Basic understanding of retail sales and consumer behavior.

Punctual, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Prior experience in trade fairs, exhibitions, or sales promotion will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Availability: Must be available full-time during the 15-day campaign at Pragati Maidan.
