We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team at Palakkad, Kerala. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about promoting our resort and its offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and occupancy targets.
Identify new market opportunities and niches to expand the resort's customer base.
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.

Revenue Optimization:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Monitor pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive rates.

Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and availability.

Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Provide input on marketing collateral, online content, and social media efforts.

Ensure consistent messaging and branding across sales and marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
