Job Description


s:

  • Prepare administrative equipment for exhibitions and promotional events
  • Make SP3, SPK, FPB and bill payment memos related to the needs of promotional activities
  • Coordinate with security for the smooth running of promotional events
  • Coordinate the installation of banners in the field
  • Place an order for the creation and distribution of flyers
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or related major
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in advertising, promotion, event organizing
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office and SAP application)
  • Administrative and correspondence skills
  • Effective communication skills
