Job Description

A promoter works to increase brand awareness and sales by directly engaging potential customers, explaining product benefits, and creating a positive brand image. Key duties include distributing marketing materials, setting up displays, conducting product demonstrations, answering questions, and reporting on sales and customer feedback. Success in this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a strong understanding of the product and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities

Engage with Customers

: Actively approach and interact with potential customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Product Knowledge

: Deeply understand the company's products or services to explain their features, functions, and benefits effectively.

Promotional Activities

: Set up product displays, distribute samples, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Demonstrations

: Conduct live demonstrations to show how a product works and its capabilities.

Sales Generation

: Build interest, generate leads, and guide customers toward making a purchase.

Customer Feedback

: Gather feedback from customers and report on sales progress, customer preferences, and market trends to management.

Brand Representation

: Act as the face of the brand, creating a positive and enthusiastic impression on potential customers.

Campaign Support

: Assist with marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and sometimes work at trade shows or conventions.
