Store Manager / Area Sales Manager - Femtech Solutions

Job Purpose:



To drive

sell-out of premium mobile & IT accessory brands

(Belkin, Promate, Targus, Neopack) at Lulu Store by delivering excellent customer engagement, product demonstrations, and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Revenue Generation

Actively promote and sell Belkin, Promate, Targus & Neopack products. Achieve

daily, weekly & monthly sell-out targets

. Upsell and cross-sell related accessories to increase basket value.

Product Demonstration & Customer Handling

Explain features, benefits, warranty & compatibility clearly to customers. Demonstrate premium features such as fast charging, GaN tech, MagSafe, USB-C hubs, power banks, etc. Handle customer objections confidently and close sales.

Brand Representation

Maintain luxury & premium brand image on the shop floor. Ensure correct product display, dummy setup & visual merchandising. Keep display clean, powered ON, and demo-ready at all times.

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor shelf stock levels and inform store team for replenishment. Track fast-moving SKUs and slow movers. Prevent damages, pilferage and display losses.

Reporting & Coordination

Share

daily sales report (DSR)

with Femtech team. Coordinate with Lulu store staff for billing, promotions & offers. Provide market feedback: customer preferences, competitor pricing, trending models.

Customer Experience & After-Sales Support

Assist customers with basic installation & usage guidance. Support warranty claim guidance as per brand policy. Build repeat customer trust through service excellence.

Monthly sell-out target achievement (%) Conversion rate (walk-in vs sales) Average bill value (ABV) Attachment rate (charger + cable + power bank etc.) Display hygiene & stock availability Attendance & punctuality

Eligibility & Requirements:



Education:

Minimum Any Graduate preferred

Experience:

1-3 years in

mobile accessories / electronics / retail sales

preferred Experience in

premium brands

is an added advantage

Skills:

Strong communication in English + Local Language Good product explanation & convincing ability Smart appearance & customer-friendly attitude

Other Requirements:

Willing to work in shifts, weekends & festival rush Target-oriented and self-motivated

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
