Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Product Promotion
Demonstrate and explain products to customers.
Highlight product features, benefits, and pricing.
Encourage customers to try or purchase the product.
2. Sales & Target Achievement
Assist the sales team in increasing product sales at the retail outlet.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products when possible.
3. Customer Interaction
Greet and engage customers in a friendly manner.
Answer customer queries about the product.
Handle basic complaints or redirect customers to the right person.
4. Product Display & Merchandising
Arrange and maintain product displays attractively.
Ensure product shelves are clean, well-stocked, and properly labeled.
Monitor product expiry dates and report near-expiry stock.
5. Brand Awareness
Maintain a positive image of the company and represent the brand professionally.
Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials if assigned.
6. Feedback Collection
Collect customer feedback on products.
Report customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to the manager.
7. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales manager and provide updates on product performance.
Inform management about stock levels, customer demand, and challenges.
