Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Product Promotion & Sales

Actively promote Greenmount spice products to walk-in customers in the store. Explain product features, quality, and usage benefits effectively. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales volume.

2. Customer Service

Greet and engage customers courteously to understand their requirements. Provide product samples (if applicable) and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries, feedback, or complaints professionally.

3. Merchandising & Display

Ensure Greenmount products are well displayed, clean, and adequately stocked on shelves. Maintain attractive and visible product displays in line with brand guidelines. Check expiry dates, replace damaged goods, and report stock discrepancies. Coordinate with store staff for display space and stock replenishment.

4. Inventory Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock movement, and product returns. Report daily sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Supervisor. Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the company.

5. Brand Promotion

Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and marketing campaigns. Represent the brand positively, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Educate customers about the brand's product quality, purity, and authenticity.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years in FMCG / retail sales (experience in food & spice products preferred).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
