Job Description

A Sales Promoter's job is to create brand awareness and generate sales by engaging with potential customers, demonstrating products, providing information, distributing samples and flyers, and achieving sales targets in a retail or event setting. Key responsibilities include setting up attractive product displays, answering customer questions, providing product knowledge, gathering customer feedback, and maintaining positive customer relationships to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities



Customer Engagement:Approach and engage potential customers, explain product benefits, and persuade them to try or buy the product. Product Demonstration:Conduct product demonstrations and provide free samples or trial products to showcase features and attract customers. Sales & Promotion:Distribute promotional materials like flyers and brochures and deliver persuasive presentations to influence customers. Sales Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company. Product Display & Merchandising:Set up and maintain attractive and eye-catching product displays in retail or event locations. Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the products being promoted to answer customer questions and address concerns effectively. Customer Relationship Building:Foster positive customer relationships and build brand awareness and a positive brand image for the company's products. Feedback Collection:Gather customer feedback and report trends and preferences to the sales and marketing teams. Reporting:Submit daily sales reports and track sales activities to monitor progress and provide insights to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and delivering presentations. Persuasion:The ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions is a core requirement. Product Knowledge:A deep understanding of the products being promoted to effectively answer questions and highlight benefits. Interpersonal Skills:Friendliness, patience, and empathy are crucial for building positive customer interactions. Customer Service:Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all potential customers. Organization & Time Management:The ability to organize work, manage time effectively, and work independently. Sales Acumen:Experience in sales or demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas is often preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
