Key Responsibilities



Customer Engagement

: Approach and interact with walk-in customers at showrooms, exhibitions, or promotional events.

Product Presentation

: Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications tailored to customer needs.

Sales Conversion

: Assist in closing sales by guiding customers through the buying process and addressing objections.

Lead Generation

: Collect and follow up on customer inquiries, test drive requests, and referrals.

Market Intelligence

: Monitor competitor offerings and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

Brand Promotion

: Represent the brand positively during campaigns, roadshows, and digital promotions.

Documentation Support

: Help customers with paperwork, financing options, and registration processes.

Feedback Collection

: Gather customer feedback to improve service and product positioning.

Skills & Qualifications



Strong interpersonal and communication skills Persuasive selling ability and customer-centric mindset Basic understanding of automobile features and specifications Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems High school diploma or equivalent; automotive sales experience preferred

Work Environment



Showroom floors, outdoor promotional events, and field visits May require travel within assigned territory Flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
