Job Summary :- The Sales Promoters responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving profits, assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.Supervisory Responsibilities :- Will identify the potential customer in his allocated area.- Helps the customer to find the requirements as per his choice.- Deliver\'s presentation and demonstration to customer\'s, based on his requirements in coordinate with the area sales executive.Duties/Responsibilities :- Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.- Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.- Identify our potential customer in his allocated area.- The candidate should do the mapping according to the company\'s needs.- Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.- Following up with customers and his reporting manager over the leads generated.- Submitting his lead reports to his reporting manager on daily basis.- Searching for new business opportunities.Required Skills/Abilities : - A fresher or a proven working experience as a promoter.- The candidate should be a travelling freak.- Track record of over-achieving quota. - Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skillsEducation and Experience :- UG or PG Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or Management.- Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.- At least one year of sales experience required. Salary & Remuneration :- The selected candidates will be offered with the monthly salary of Rs.15000 in hand. - The selected candidates are eligible to claim their travel expenses as per their Kilometer travelled & lunch as per the policy.Requirements :- He/She should hold a Two-wheeler with valid documents & his valid driving license. - He/She should hold a well-maintained smartphone in working condition (ref:updazz.com)
