Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to drive direct, on-ground sales of car beautification treatments such as PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, polishing, interior cleaning, and accessories. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, explaining product benefits, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Actively approach customers and promote car beautification treatments Explain features, benefits, pricing, and warranty of services like PPF and ceramic coating Identify customer needs and recommend suitable treatment packages Generate leads and convert walk-ins into confirmed bookings Coordinate with the service team to schedule treatments Maintain daily sales records, leads, and follow-ups Ensure proper display of promotional material and offers Handle basic customer queries and objections confidently Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and persuasion skills Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in closing deals Basic understanding of cars or willingness to learn Presentable, energetic, and customer-friendly attitude Ability to work on weekends and peak hours

Qualifications

Minimum 10+2 / Diploma (Graduation preferred) Prior experience in automobile sales, accessories, or car care is an advantage
