Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to promote and sell our products by engaging directly with customers. The ideal candidate will increase brand awareness, drive sales, and maintain positive customer relationships through effective product demonstrations and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote company products to customers in retail outlets, events, or assigned locations Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock placement Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales team Coordinate with store staff and supervisors to ensure smooth sales operations Maintain accurate daily sales reports and inventory records Follow company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred Prior experience in sales or promotion is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events Basic knowledge of sales reporting and record-keeping
