Job Description

We are looking for a

Sales & Project Execution Executive

who can manage

end-to-end work

starting from

client interaction and site recce to factory coordination and final site installation

.

This is

not a telecalling or desk sales job

.
The role requires strong

site, execution, and coordination exposure

.

Key Responsibilities-

Sales & Client Handling

Meet clients and understand requirements, budget, and timelines Explain design concepts, materials, execution process, and payment stages Coordinate with designer to finalize drawings and approvals Assist in deal closure with practical execution inputs

Site Recce & Measurement

Visit project sites for measurement and feasibility checks Check civil readiness, electrical points, access & installation constraints Share site observations with design and production teams

Internal Coordination

Coordinate between

client, designer, factory production & installation team

Share approved drawings, BOQ, and timelines with production Follow up on manufacturing, dispatch, and delivery schedules

Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise installation work at site Ensure execution as per approved drawings Handle client queries and issues during execution Ensure quality, finishing, and on-time completion

Project Handover

Conduct final inspection with client Coordinate snag closure Support billing and payment follow-up

Who Should Apply

?

Mandatory Experience

Interior contracting / fit-out company experience Strong site execution exposure Experience in furniture or retail showroom projects

Preferred Background

Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Architecture Ex-site supervisor, project coordinator, or interior sales-execution role

Skills Required

Client communication & coordination Basic understanding of drawings & materials Problem-solving mindset Ability to handle multiple projects

will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
