to join our team. Theidealcandidatewill be responsibleformanagingand expanding ourpresence in the assignedterritory, identifyinggrowth opportunities, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape to drive market share and establish our brand among the top two in the Portable Air Products sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Territory Management:



o Developandimplementacomprehensiveterritorymanagement plan to maximize sales and market penetration.

o Maintainand growrelationshipswithkeycustomersand stakeholders withintheterritory.

2. Mapping Full Potential of the Territory:

o Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers and untapped opportunities.

o Create and maintain detailed maps of the territory to track sales activities and customer interactions.

3. Identify Gap Areas for Presence and Improve Presence:

o Analysemarketdata to identifyareaswithlowbrandpresenceand develop strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.

o Implementtargetedmarketingandsalesinitiatives to bridgegapsand improve market coverage.

4. Executethe Divisional Strategy of Grow the Coreand Extend the Core:

o Alignsalesactivitieswith the divisionalstrategy to grow coreproducts and extend the product line.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic goals.

5. Channel Management:

o Guide, supportexistingdealers in defined territory and haveregular reviews to ensure Territorycoverage is donesuchthat it improves presence and increases Hit Rate.

o Provideregulartraining to Dealer Sales Teamfor Productand Sales process and follow up on Lead shared through My PT

6. Customer Segmentation:

o Segment customers based on various criteria such as industry sector, size, and purchasing behaviorto tailor sales approaches.

o Develop personalized sales strategies for different customer segments to maximize engagement and conversion.

7. Competition Presence Mapping - Direct s Indirect:

o Monitorand map the directandindirectpresence of competitorswithin the territory.

o Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and positioning.

8. Competition Monitoringfor Product Inputs, Sales Activities, Feedbackto Marketing:

o Trackcompetitorproductofferings, salesactivities, andmarkettrends.

o Provideregularfeedback to the marketingteam to refineproduct positioning and promotional strategies.

9. Maintainhealthyrelationshipswith Channel Partnersandmaintain right stock and receivable levels as per company guidelines

To succeed, youwill need



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Proven experience of 4-8 years in sales, preferably in the engineering or technical products, Capital Goods sector.

Stronganalytical and strategic thinkingskills.

Excellent communicationand interpersonalskills.

Ability to workindependentlyand as part of ateam.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
