We are looking for a Business Development / Corporate Sales Manager to expand our presence among institutions, corporates, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and gifting partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in B2B, institutional, and corporate gifting segments.
Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, supermarkets, and large retail chains.
Design and execute corporate sales strategies, seasonal gifting plans, and bulk order promotions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Represent the company at exhibitions, food fairs, and networking events.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of bulk and custom orders.
Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to management.
Requirements
4-8 years of proven experience in FMCG / food industry corporate sales or business development.
Strong network in institutional buying, HORECA, or corporate gifting.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to develop strategies and close deals independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and basic reporting tools.
