We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented
Sales Professional
to join our team in promoting and selling
advertising services in bus media
. This role involves prospecting local businesses and agencies, presenting effective transit advertising solutions (e.g., bus wraps, interior ads, shelter posters), and closing deals that help clients increase their visibility in high-traffic areas.
As a key part of our growth team, you'll manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to contract negotiation -- while building strong relationships and delivering measurable marketing value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell advertising space
on buses, bus stops, shelters, and related transit media formats.
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Meet face-to-face with business owners, marketing managers, and ad agencies to understand their objectives.
Prepare tailored advertising proposals and media plans based on client needs and budget.
Effectively communicate the benefits of transit advertising, including audience reach, frequency, and local brand visibility.
Negotiate rates and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client relationships with regular check-ins and provide campaign performance updates.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, scheduling) to ensure campaigns are launched successfully.
Maintain up-to-date sales activity and pipeline information using CRM tools.
Stay informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and new advertising products.
