Your Role

Drive offline sales of our SaaS HRIS product to enterprises through direct engagement and relationship building. Manage the entire sales cycle--from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales strategies and lead generation. Build and maintain long-term partnerships for client satisfaction and retention. Provide market insights and client feedback to help shape product enhancements.

What You Bring

2-3 years of solid experience in software product sales, with a focus on SaaS in a B2B environment. Prior experience selling SaaS products; exposure to HRIS domain is a strong plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets using a consultative approach.
