Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, B2B/B2C sales, and exceptional customer relationship management.

Expert in identifying client needs, tailoring transportation solutions, and negotiating contracts with tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, cruise lines, and corporate clients. Passionate about delivering high-quality service experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Strengths:

In-depth knowledge of tourist transport logistics, including airport transfers, private charters, group tours, and excursions Strong network within the tourism and hospitality sectors Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management Multilingual (if applicable) and culturally sensitive, ideal for serving international clientele
