to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will represent our real estate projects to potential clients and support them throughout the property buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, digital inquiries, and property exhibitions.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized database of contacts and opportunities.
Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and lead generation.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, legal requirements, and pricing structures.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Real Estate).
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a similar high-value product/service industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Familiarity with local real estate laws, documentation, and RERA (preferred).
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
