Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC solutions.

Negotiation & Closing:

Engage in contract negotiations, finalize terms, and close deals, ensuring targets are met.

Market Analysis:

Study market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

Design, plan, and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns (advertising, events, trade shows, and online content) to promote HVAC products and services.

Brand Management:

Oversee brand positioning, ensuring that the company's brand message aligns with target market expectations. Manage the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and advertisements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
