JOB DESCRIPTION :- Responsible for promotion and direct sales of KN Products in allocated area to existing + new customers to meet individual / team targets and organization's business objectives.- Initiating contact with potential customers for generating enquiries, creating awareness about product features / applications and developing sales. Customer Relationship Management- Promotion of new concepts of technology / new products introduced by the division.- Developing strategic technical sales tools / arguments for different products.- Lost order analysis.- Forecasting and budgeting of sales for responsible areas / customers.- Resolution of customer complaints.
