Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end customers to drive bearing sales.- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territory/industry.- Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring correct application of bearings.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends to support strategy.- Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and product demonstrations.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM/reports.Requirements:- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline.- 2-6 years of experience in industrial product sales (bearings, spares, mechanical components, or related).- Strong understanding of mechanical components, preferably bearings and rotating equipment.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.- Willingness to travel within assigned region.Nice to Have:- Prior experience with OEM clients in automotive, industrial machinery, or heavy engineering sectors.- Familiarity with distributor/channel sales in industrial products (ref:updazz.com)
