Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar power sector. Conduct site visits, load assessments, and preliminary feasibility checks for clients. Present solar solutions, prepare proposals, and explain technical specifications in a simplified manner. Follow up with prospects, maintain strong customer engagement, and convert leads into confirmed orders. Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project teams for accurate proposal submission. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set Maintain and update sales reports, CRM entries, and market intelligence. Build long-term customer relationships by providing timely support and communication. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand the client base.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand basic technical aspects of solar power systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
