We are a leading electrical transformer manufacturing company providing high-quality power and distribution transformers to utilities, industries, and infrastructure projects across India.Job Location: PAN India (Field-based role)Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably in electrical/electrical equipment industry)Working Days: 6 days a weekWorking Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PMKey Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales of electrical transformers across assigned regions in India.- Identify new business opportunities with EPC contractors, power utilities, industries, and government agencies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and channel partners.- Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams for client requirements and order execution.- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to customers.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of electrical transformers, power systems, or related equipment.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and travel extensively across India.- Experience in B2B technical sales or project sales is preferred.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Qualifications:- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (preferred).- Diploma holders with strong sales experience may also be considered (ref:updazz.com)
