Job Summary:
EvolveSocially is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and web technologies, with a proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships in a B2B environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and effectively articulating how EvolveSocially's services can help them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within various industries.
Lead Generation:
Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, online research, and other sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored digital marketing and web development solutions.
Proposal Development:
Create compelling and customized proposals and presentations outlining EvolveSocially's services and their value proposition.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, both virtually and in-person.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, project management, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in a CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of progressive sales experience in a B2B setting, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in digital marketing, web design/development, or IT services.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing) and web technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Hindi (preferred).
