Job Description

Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Identify potential clients and generate new business leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Present and demonstrate products or services to clients clearly and persuasively. Explain product benefits and features tailored to the client's needs. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Develop strategies to increase sales in both new and existing markets. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals. Follow up on pending proposals and ensure proper contract execution. Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and delivery teams. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to internal teams. Participate in sales training, workshops, or trade shows to improve skills and stay current.
