Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for CCTV and surveillance product sales in the Patna region.
Meet and pitch to clients such as businesses, housing societies, shops, schools, and commercial establishments.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored surveillance solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations; follow up for order closure.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure proper service delivery.
Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Keep records of leads, calls, meetings, and conversions.
Requirements:For Freshers:
Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Basic computer proficiency
Must have a two-wheeler and readiness to travel within Patna
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
For Experienced Candidates (1-3 years):
Prior experience in selling
CCTV, surveillance systems, or electronics/security products
Familiarity with popular brands (e.g., CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua)
B2B or channel sales exposure preferred
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
Proven sales performance record
