Roles and Responsibilities:- Primary function is to give presentations to clients (builders, architects, direct customers).- Offer Generation, Negotiation, and order booking.- Develop long-term relationships with clients.- Manage customers and business development responsibilities.- Identify & analyse industry/geographic trends & competitive marketing and financial strategies with strategy implications.- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.- Comply with the relevant standards for the overall risk assessment, cash flow management.- Execute Plans and deliver on commitments on Numbers/Values/Margins.- Increase market share in the designated area.- Responsible for the development and implementation of sales, service, modernization, repair and installation business.- Maintain healthy business relations with major Builders and Architects.- Attain maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers.- Do the site visit and understand the client requirement to provide the better solution.Skill sets Required:- Strong aspiration to win with creativity and innovation.- A go getter attitude.- Customer focus with technical knowledge.- Communication and interpersonal skills- Required skill for Presentation & of MS office.- Demonstrate a strong desire to win.- Act with a sense of urgency, a bias for action and speed- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
