Job Responsibilities :1. New Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads that align with Cheng Hua's portfolio of products or services.2. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies and action plan to achieve sales targets set by the company.3. Market Analysis and Direction Setting: Analyze market trends, competitors, and use the insights to set the company's sales direction.4. Team Co ordination: Align and work along with sales team to achieve the sales targets of the company. .5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships and rapport with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.6. Client Requirement Evaluation: Assess client requirements and collaborate with the application team to provide optimized solutions that meet customer needs and align with the company's capabilities.7. Pricing and Order Management: Work with the application team to determine appropriate pricing for solutions and manage the order intake process.8. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management team regarding sales activities, achievements, and challenges.Key Skills:.1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Any discipline) 2. 2 to 5 Years of experience in Sales (Preference is Conveyor sales for Tyre Industry).3. Excellent communication skill, Strong leadership abilities, Interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills. Good command of English and Hindi will be an advantage. 4. Customer rapport building skills to understand customer needs, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.5. Proficiency in utilizing sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth.6. Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, competition, and client requirements.7.
