Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated
Young Sales Professional
with 4-5 years of field sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
customer visits, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and pre-sales support
for our automation solutions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a willingness to travel to client locations, including Government and Defense establishments.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Field Visits
Conduct regular customer visits across the region (Government, Defence & Industrial clients).
Understand client requirements and introduce relevant automation solutions.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations
Deliver technical presentations and live product demonstrations to clients.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and applications.
Support pilot demos, system testing, and onsite evaluations.
Sales & Business Development
Generate new leads in Government, Defence, PSU, and industrial sectors.
Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and conduct frequent client engagements.
Pre-Sales Support & Documentation
Prepare quotations, basic technical proposals, and product documentation.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution customization.
Assist in tender-related documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily/weekly visit reports and maintain CRM/Excel data.
Coordinate with operations for demo equipment, dispatches, and client feedback.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Technical understanding of automation, electrical, electronics, or industrial equipment.
Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and demos.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
Exposure to Government/PSU/Defence customer engagement is a
plus
.
Education
Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related fields.
(Non-technical graduates with strong sales experience may also apply.)
