Job Description

JD: Sales Engineer Role purpose: Build a high-quality funnel and convert qualified RFQs into healthy-margin orders.Key responsibilities- Prospect & qualify: map landing of new accounts/quarter as per target; book meetings; generate RFQs- RFQ management: clarify drawings, materials, tolerances, finishes, volumes, PPAP needs- Quoting & closure: coordinate with estimation; submit quotes; negotiate to PO- Account farming: maintain at least 6-10 active accounts; drive repeat orders & referrals- CRM & governance: log activities, maintain pipeline, weekly forecast & review- Handover: kick off won orders with Planning/QA; document CTQs and milestonesRequirements- 2-3 yrs B2B sales in CNC/injection/tooling- Read 2D drawings; basic GD&T literacy; comfort with DFM conversations- Strong follow-through; English/Hindi; travel 30-40%; ERP/CRM familiarity- Strong network in any either of these locations Manesar, Udyog Vihar or Neemrana Industrial Area (ref:updazz.com)
