(Key roles & responsibilities):



Supply Chain Liaison:

Act as a liaison between Purchase, Sales, and Logistics teams to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide insights on our products and services.

Negotiation Skills:

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities. Manage material follow-ups, spot buying, and rush orders.

Quotation Management:

Collaborate with Business Development Specialists to prepare and manage quotations, streamline processes for handling ALL components of an RFP, and enhance overall efficiency. Prior knowledge of a Sales Quotation System is essential.

Vendor Management:

Identify, onboard, and maintain a diverse pool of vendor partners that meet business standards. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of quality, cost, and reliability to ensure alignment with client requirements.

ERP Integration:

Oversee the integration of the ERP system into our existing processes. Prior experience with ERP implementation and integration is required for seamless functionality.

B2B Platform Management:

Manage our B2B sales platforms, such as IndiaMart and TradeIndia*, for effective lead generation. Serve as the primary point of contact for the company, fostering relationships with potential clients and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data. Ensure follow-up and engagement with leads for effective conversion.

Industry Knowledge:

Candidates with a strong background in machinery and components within the industrial sector will be given preference

Requirements:



Bachelor's / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any other related field Proven experience in Sales / Procurement / Supply Chain Management or a similar role, preferably within the industrial sector (minimum 5 years) Experience in identifying, onboarding, and evaluating vendors for quality, cost, and reliability. Prior experience with ERP system implementation, CRM tools to enhance operational efficiency. Strong problem-solving abilities to conduct needs analysis and provide insights. Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
