Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Sales Process Trainer

to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for our inside sales/tele-sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in sales processes, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to drive performance through structured training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end sales process training for new hires and existing sales professionals Design and update training modules, SOPs, playbooks, and learning materials aligned with business goals Conduct product, process, soft skills, objection handling, and compliance training Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions during night shifts Assess training needs through performance data, call audits, and stakeholder inputs Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and feedback mechanisms Coach sales agents through call monitoring, role-plays, and one-on-one feedback Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure process adherence Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales productivity and conversion rates Maintain training records, attendance, and certification reports
Required Skills & Qualifications

3-6 years of experience as a Sales Trainer / Process Trainer (preferably in BPO, KPO, or Inside Sales) Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, CRM usage, and conversion metrics Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Experience training international sales processes (US/UK) is a plus Ability to work independently in night shifts Strong analytical and coaching skills Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Training, Coaching, or Sales Enablement Experience handling high-volume sales teams Exposure to outbound/inbound sales environments
