Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
Conduct structured sales training sessions for new and existing team members.
Deliver training on sales processes, pitching, objection handling, customer profiling, and follow-up strategies.
Organise refresher training programs based on performance gaps and new process updates.
Sales Process Coaching
Train team on product knowledge, CRM usage, call flow, script adherence, and daily reporting discipline.
Conduct mock calls, field demonstrations, and real-time feedback sessions.
Share best practices to enhance conversions and improve customer handling skills.
Performance Improvement
Analyse sales reports to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Mentor low performers with personalised improvement plans.
Conduct skill assessments and certification tests to measure progress.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of training attendance, performance evaluation, and improvement actions.
Share weekly/monthly training reports with management.
Update training materials as per business requirements.
Requirements
3-7 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Coaching, or Field Sales.
Strong command over sales fundamentals and structured selling techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle both classroom training and virtual sessions.
Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting systems, and structured sales processes.
Willingness to conduct periodic in-person sessions when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales, Field Sales, Telecalling Training, or Process Training.
Prior exposure to business categories like Retail, Telecom, Fintech, SaaS, or Marketplace Sales.
Ability to design customised training modules and assessments.
