About the role:



We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and representing the company's brand and values to prospective customers. This position plays a key role in expanding our business reach and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify new business and sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and potential clients. Actively seek out new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present and promote the company's products/services to prospective clients effectively. Understand client requirements and propose the right solutions to meet their business needs. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Work towards achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications. Provide timely updates and reports to management on sales performance and lead status. Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into successful business deals. Participate in team meetings and share insights, market intelligence, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals effectively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. A positive attitude with a passion for sales and client engagement.
