Coordinate with customers for enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Support preparation and updating of order details in ERP.
Assist in weekly production and dispatch planning.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
Maintain customer records and order-related documentation.
Support handling of customer complaints and post-delivery follow-ups.
Assist in audit-related documentation and record maintenance.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline; Engineering or Management preferred).
Freshers are welcome.
Skills Required
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and positive attitude
