We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and business-oriented Sales Planning & Marketing professional who can work closely with the sales team, drive planning and performance reviews, and support management with meaningful insights. This role is

The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, and management.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
Prepare structured sales plans, forecasts, and performance trackers.
Conduct weekly and monthly sales review meetings with sales leaders and team members.
Analyse targets vs. achievements and highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Develop strategic action plans to improve sales productivity and drive business growth.
Monitor lead pipeline, key accounts progress, and customer development activities.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior management.
Ensure timely submission of sales data, reports, and review documents from all sales staff.
Drive discipline, accountability, and structured follow-ups within the sales team.
Marketing Coordination & Support (Secondary Responsibility - 30%)
Coordinate marketing activities such as exhibitions, events, BTL activities, digital campaigns, and brand support requirements.
Work with the marketing team to support content, post updates, and promotional plans.
Assist in analysing marketing performance data and linking it to sales results.
Maintain marketing calendars, vendor coordination, and budgeting updates.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate / MBA (preferred)
Experience:
3-6 years in Sales Planning, Sales Coordination, MIS, or Marketing Support
Age:
Below 30 years

Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills
Experience interacting with sales teams and management
