Job Profile
1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of four members handling sample sets and tooling business across the Western and North regions.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency in achieving set targets.
2. Business Development & Conversion Targets
Drive and achieve a minimum
50% conversion rate
from sample sets to exhibit orders for tooling in the South region.
Create and execute strategies to improve conversion ratios through customer engagement and technical support.
3. Technical Support
Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling products to address customer requirements.
Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Communication & Relationship Building
Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers for technical correspondence.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the North region.
5. Sales Reports & MIS
Maintain and update sales reports and MIS related to enquiries, leads, and customer accounts.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
