Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer for International Marketing to lead our business development and marketing efforts in global markets. This role involves representing our company to potential clients and stakeholders, driving sales opportunities, and expanding our international presence. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for fostering client relationships, managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closing, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Promote and sell a range of machinery including:
Mulsion Plant / Oral Emulsion Plant
Liquid Syrup Manufacturing Plant
Multi-Column Distillation Plant
Injectable Sterile Manufacturing Vessel
Steam Retort Sterilizer
Sparkler Filter Press
Vibro Sifter
Multimill
Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
Octagonal Blender, Double Cone Blender
Tray Dryer
Bottle Washing, Filling & Capping Machines
Client Engagement:
Engage with pharmaceutical manufacturers to understand their process requirements.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Deliver equipment presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Project Coordination:
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Coordinate with design, production, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Address client queries, manage negotiations, and close sales effectively.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering disciplines.
Experience: 5-10 years in pharma machinery sales or related technical sales roles.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical processing equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and equipment layouts.
Familiarity with GMP, cGMP, and pharmaceutical production norms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling capital equipment or turnkey pharma projects.
Familiarity with automation systems in pharmaceutical plants.
Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required.
