Amma's Pastries is a popular bakery chain known for its wide range of cakes, pastries, and snacks. We pride ourselves on quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service across all our outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner Handle customer orders and billing accurately Maintain cleanliness and display arrangements in the outlet Ensure stock availability and coordinate with the kitchen/store Handle cash and digital payments responsibly Support day-to-day outlet operations under the Outlet Manager's supervision

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales or F&B preferred Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude Basic understanding of billing and POS systems Should be presentable and punctual Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Preference will be given to candidates from in and around Perumbavoor

Salary:

As per industry standards + incentives
