Job Description

Conduct regular field visits to meet architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Generate new leads through on-ground activities, cold visits, and networking. Present product catalogues, samples, and lighting solutions during client visits. Follow a weekly field plan and maintain daily visit reports. Build strong relationships through persistent follow-ups and in-person meetings Identify potential clients in ongoing and upcoming projects across Noida, Delhi, and nearby areas. Pitch lighting products and solutions to decision-makers during site visits and office meetings. Track competitor activities and stay updated on market trends. Visit project sites to take measurements (if required), understand requirements, and monitor progress. Update the team about installation stages and customer expectations.

Required skills:



Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Should be smart, confident, and target-oriented. Must be comfortable with field work and meeting clients. Own vehicle preferred for market visits.
