We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales person with experience in the Banking or NBFC sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of financial products/services to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for banking/NBFC products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Deposits, etc.)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch/business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Banking/NBFC.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of financial products and market trends.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
