Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales process: inquiry ? site visit ? follow-up ? booking ? agreement.
Track sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Maintain strong knowledge of the property market, competitor projects, pricing, and trends.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and guide sales executives.
Monitor individual and team performance; conduct regular briefings and reviews.
Support the team with negotiations, client meetings, and deal closures when needed.
Customer Engagement
Ensure excellent customer service and high conversion rates.
Handle high-value clients, escalations, and complex negotiations.
Maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Marketing Coordination
Work with marketing to create campaigns, events, and digital lead-generation strategies.
Review lead quality and optimize channels for better ROI.
Ensure proper branding and presentation at the site / model apartment.
Operational & Documentation
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for booking, documentation, agreements, and handovers.
Maintain updated inventory, pricing sheets, and sales collaterals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of real estate sales experience; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of residential real estate, pricing strategy, and customer behavior.
Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
