The MEP Sales Person will be responsible for promoting and selling mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) products and solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing existing accounts, preparing technical-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in the MEP contracting and construction market.
Promote the company's MEP products, systems, and services to consultants, contractors, and developers.
Identify potential projects, track tender opportunities, and ensure participation in bids.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation team.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment conditions with customers.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and procurement heads.
Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project leads to convert them into confirmed orders.
Coordinate internally with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Prepare periodic sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Understanding of project tendering, estimation, and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop long-term business relationships and networks in the MEP industry.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and tender submission platforms.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling field activities independently.
