We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Executive
from the FMCG / food products industry to drive market penetration, distribution expansion, and sales growth in the
Calicut market
. The role requires strong relationships with distributors, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand sales for food products in Calicut and nearby markets
Appoint, manage, and coordinate with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper shelf placement across outlets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Execute market visits, outlet coverage, and order collection on a regular basis
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams on supply planning and demand forecasting
Support new product launches and promotional activities
Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy
Desired Candidate Profile
3-4 years of proven sales experience in FMCG / food products industry
Strong understanding of Calicut retail, supermarket, and distributor network
Experience dealing with staples, grocery, or packaged food categories preferred
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
