Wildernest, a resort near Kaziranga National Park, is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to increase room bookings and manage sales channels. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel or resort sales and be comfortable working with travel agents and online booking platforms.
Responsibilities
Generate room bookings through travel agents, tour operators, and direct sales
Manage and optimize OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo, etc.)
Handle guest inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients
Plan and execute basic online and offline marketing activities
Prepare daily and monthly sales and booking reports
Coordinate with management on pricing, offers, and promotions
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel, resort, or travel sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience handling OTAs and B2B travel partners
Knowledge of Kaziranga or North-East tourism market preferred
Self-motivated and target-oriented
