Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional with 3-5 years of proven experience in the

mica, plywood, laminates, or related building material industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets through effective market strategies and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural products industry. Create dealer networks to ensure repeat and increased business. Core focus will be on upcoming hospital and building projects. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty. Conduct market research to identify new prospects, competitor activities, and industry trends. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close profitable deals. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery. Regularly update management on sales performance, forecasts, and market developments. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events for business development.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

3-5 years of experience in sales within the mica, plywood, laminates, or building materials industry/ Brand is mandatory.

Strong understanding of dealer/distributor networks and market channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.

Compensation:



Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Incentives & Sales Commission. Travel allowances as per company policy.
